Group Pyscho-Educational Classes //

Our group pyscho-educational classes are geared towards helping individuals identify and change abusive behaviors. Our groups are led by trained professional facilitators. Through our programs, participants learn to react to situations non-abusively and to communicate effectively with their partner. Skills covered in classes:

How long does the program last?
Our classes typically run for 20 weeks and meet once a week for 2 hours.


What are the qualifications of your facilitators?
Our facilitators are trained professionals with experience in pyscho-educational classes and have a deep understanding of the dynamics of abusive behavior.


Why is this effective for addressing abusive behavior?
Our classes provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment for individuals to learn and practice new skills. Participants can learn from each other's experiences and provide mutual support.

What is the cost of your program?

We offer a sliding scale fee for individuals who may need financial assistance.

RI State Standards //

Batterers Intervention Programs must adhere to the standards set by the Rhode Island Batterers Intervention Program Standards Oversight Committee (BIPSOC) in order to be certified programs.
